Shanghai is a city that continuously grows within the folding of time.

项目落于承载着百年工业记忆的定海路，江水与机器的轰鸣虽已远去，但那种摩登与粗砺交织的先锋底色依然蛰伏于此；定海路的工业印记与十里洋场的精致风韵发生碰撞，，每一次归家，都是一场褪去社会外壳、重拾松弛悠然的洄游。

The project is located on Dinghai Road, which carries a century of industrial memories. Though the river currents and the roar of machines have faded, the avant-garde undertone interwoven with modernity and rawness still lies dormant here; the industrial imprint of Dinghai Road collides with the exquisite charm of the foreign concessions. Every return home is a migration to shed the social shell and regain relaxation and leisure.

01.Return to the Heart | The Profundity of Inward Exploration

归家，首先是一场向内探索的深邃之旅。沉稳气场铺陈开来，陈设褪去了具象的繁复，简练的轮廓与带有时光印记的天然洞石、胡桃木彼此对照。

Returning home is, first and foremost, a profound journey of inward exploration. A composed aura unfolds; the furnishings shed their concrete complexity, with concise outlines contrasting with natural travertine and walnut wood that bear the marks of time.

茶启心境

Tea Awakens the State of Mind

站在当下视角，以更亲切、更符合现代语言的方式走近“茶”，以原叶茶为基底的“新茶饮”骤然崛起，成为年轻人彰显个性的方式，以年轻化语言探索茶饮的无限潜力。

From a contemporary perspective, approaching "tea" in a friendlier and more modern language, "new tea drinks" based on whole-leaf tea have suddenly risen, becoming a way for young people to express their individuality and exploring the infinite potential of tea drinks through a youthful language.

大方接纳倾洒的骄阳，在茶香中完成古与今、材质与自然的无声对话；于此静坐品茗，借由空间的克制与内敛，重新感知生活的纯粹与从容。

Generously embracing the pouring sun, completing a silent dialogue between ancient and modern, materials and nature amidst the aroma of tea; sitting quietly here to sip tea, one re-perceives the purity and calmness of life through the restraint and introspection of the space.

Slowly Savoring the Mellow Depths of Time in the Composed Wood Tones.

自然光彻底退场，低亮度的光源勾勒出皮质与木作深邃的肌理，让人不由自主地沉入冥想。

Natural light completely withdraws, and low-brightness light sources outline the profound textures of leather and woodwork, making one involuntarily sink into meditation.

健身区利用通透的玻璃护栏打破了空间的封闭感，与楼下保持着视觉与互动的连贯。顶部的圆形天窗引入柔和采光，为原本硬朗的运动空间注入了一抹静谧与专注的活力。

The fitness area uses transparent glass railings to break the closed feeling of the space, maintaining visual and interactive continuity with the floor below. The circular skylight at the top introduces soft lighting, injecting a touch of tranquil and focused vitality into the originally tough sports space.

严谨的对称格局被保留，怀旧感与在幽暗中交叠。穹光从顶部切入，在粗粝的天然艺术装置上留下时间的刻度；人在其间停泊、落座，物质的退敛放大了感官的敏锐度，引导居者寻回一种超越日常的智性秩序。

The rigorous symmetrical layout is preserved, intertwining with nostalgia in the gloom. Dome light cuts in from the top, leaving the scale of time on the rough natural art installation; as people anchor and take a seat here, the retreat of the material amplifies the sensitivity of the senses, guiding residents to recover an intellectual order beyond the everyday.

02.游弋 | 场域舒展的轻音

02. Roaming | The Light Melodies of an Unfolding Field

从深邃的内心世界抽离，视线随着动线回到首层，公区则展现出拥抱社交的明快与开阔，坐在这里，呼吸会随着室外透入的绿意而变得绵长，视线在通透的格局中自然舒展，感受到明朗而有序的生活节拍。

Pulling away from the profound inner world, the line of sight returns to the first floor along the circulation. The public area reveals a bright and open embrace of social interaction. Sitting here, one's breathing lengthens with the greenery filtering in from outside, and the line of sight naturally stretches out in the transparent layout, feeling a bright and orderly rhythm of life.

光影入居，静守本心。

Light and Shadow Enter the Dwelling, Quietly Guarding the True Self.

像是被定格的旧时画卷，与头顶云石般的吊灯形成跨越时间的呼应。

Like a frozen old scroll, it forms a cross-temporal echo with the alabaster-like chandelier overhead.

浮光掠影在大理石桌面、冰冷的金属与柔软的织物间跳跃，新旧材质的混搭抹去了工业的冷硬感。

Fleeting light and shadows dance among the marble tabletops, cold metals, and soft fabrics; the mixing of new and old materials erases the cold hardness of industry.

03.藏境 | 岁月沉降的余温

03. Hidden Realm | The Residual Warmth of Settling Years

在艺术的留白中安放日常。动线深入，空间的逻辑由敞开的社交转向私密的包裹，卧室将“复古未来”的张力不动声色地融于肌理之中；墙面上游走着极简的几何线条，摩登的骨架与怀旧的温度不再对立，室内以一种跨越时空的静寂，接纳着都市人焦虑的潜意识，在从容中，沉入稳定的安全感。

Anchoring the Everyday in the Blank Spaces of Art. As the circulation deepens, the logic of the space shifts from open social interaction to private enclosure. The bedroom quietly blends the tension of "retro-future" into its texture; minimalist geometric lines wander on the walls, and the modern skeleton and nostalgic temperature are no longer at odds. The interior, with a cross-temporal silence, accepts the anxious subconscious of urbanites, sinking into a stable sense of security amidst composure.

大面积金箔质感的背景墙在侧光的映照下，泛起如旧梦般斑驳的微金光泽，这抹温润的流光与带有历史沉淀的木质相框互为呼应，让居者在沉静之间，找到内心的安定与归属。

The large-scale background wall with a gold foil texture shimmers with a mottled, slight golden luster like an old dream under the illumination of side light. This warm, flowing light echoes the wooden picture frames bearing historical precipitation, allowing residents to find inner stability and belonging amidst the tranquility.

儿童房则以温暖治愈的大地色调为底，点缀低饱和度色彩与图案元素，编织出纯真且极具亲和力的童话氛围，既是安抚情绪的宁静港湾，也是激发创造力的专属天地。

The children's room uses warm, healing earth tones as a base, dotted with low-saturation colors and pattern elements, weaving a pure and highly approachable fairytale atmosphere. It is both a quiet harbor to soothe emotions and an exclusive world to inspire creativity.

从幽暗的内室循迹向上，视线落回这座日夜不息的城市。它不仅是一个遮风避雨的物理外壳，更是一座隐秘的精神锚点——在时代洪流中，为身处其中的人提供着坚实的精神支撑，以及再次推门向外生长的恒久力量。

Tracing upwards from the dim inner chambers, the gaze falls back on this restless city. It is not only a physical shell to shelter from the wind and rain, but also a hidden spiritual anchor— providing solid spiritual support for those within it amidst the torrent of the times, as well as the enduring strength to push the door open and grow outwards once again.
